How Body pH Can affect Your power Levels
What Most citizen Don'T Realize; We Are Bio Electrical Engines
In order to perform all the many millions of complex functions that occur over the procedure of the day, your body has to be able to recite with itself... All the way down to the cellular level. And do you know how it does this? through pulses of electricity. That's right, electricity.
Energy
Your body operates on an electro magnetic current. Believe it or not, all of the organs in your body emit these fields of electrical current. In fact, nerve signals are nothing more than electrical charges.
What creates this electrical power in your body is a very fine balance that exists in your bio chemistry. And of all the systems in your body that depend on this delicate, bio chemical balance, one of the most prominent is your blood stream. This is where pH comes into play. But what is pH?
What Ph Is And Why It Is prominent To All Your Body Functions
Ph is a scale that measures how acidic or alkaline a substance is. The scale ranges from 1 to 14 with 1 being very acid, 7 neutral and 14 very alkaline.
So what does pH have to do with you and your blood? Well, the pH of your blood is extremely important. The ideal pH level for your blood is right around 7.35 and your body goes to big lengths to vocalize this level.
Why? Because if your blood pH were to vary 1 or 2 points in either direction, it would change the electrical chemistry in your body, there would be no electrical power and in short order you would drop dead. As you can see, maintaining the right pH level in your blood is pretty important!!
With this in mind a good way to avoid upsetting this delicate bio chemical balance would be to take a look at those things that can compromise the maintenance of the ideal pH level in your body. And what is the main culprit in this case? The respond is the creation of acid in your body.
Before we look at what causes acid, here's a descriptive example to give you an idea of what can happen in the blood when your pH drops to less than ideal. Red blood cells are how oxygen is conveyable to all the cells in your body.
As red blood cells move into the tiny, little, capillaries, the space they have to move through gets pretty small. In fact, the diameter of the capillaries gets so small that the red blood cells sometimes have to pass through these capillaries one red blood cell at a time!
Because of this, and because it's prominent for the red blood cells to be able to flow in effect and quickly through your body, they have a mechanism that allows them to remain detach from each other. This mechanism comes in the form of the covering of salutary red blood cells having a negative charge. This causes them to stay apart from each other, sort of like when you try to push the negative ends of two magnets together. They resist each other and stay apart.
Unfortunately, acid interferes with this very prominent mechanism in a pretty frightening way. Acid in effect strips away the negative charge from red blood cells. The corollary is that your red blood cells then tend to clump together and not flow as easily. This makes it much more difficult for them to flow in effect through the bloodstream.
But it also makes it harder for them to move freely through those small capillaries. This means less oxygen gets to your cells. Acid also weakens the red blood cells and they begin to die. And guess what they release into your ideas when they die? More acid.
I could recite a whole list of processes that occur when your ideas becomes and remains acid but I think you get the idea. The point is that aside from the acid that is secreted into your stomach to aid digestion, acid in your body is bad. in effect bad.
In regard to producing energy in the body, here's an easy inquire for you. What do you think happens to a person's energy level if over time their ideas becomes more and more acid, their biochemical balance is disrupted and their red blood cells can't deliver oxygen and nutrients as efficiently to all their cells? The respond is simple. Their energy level drops. Dramatically.
Are you starting to get the picture here as to the importance of pH in your body? Good. Now let's take a quick look at what causes acidity in your body and then look at steps you can take to get your body pH back to an ideal level.
What Causes Acid In The Body
The primary cause of an acidic condition in your body is from what you put in your mouth. In other words, what you eat and what you drink. And it isn't how "acid" something may seem when you eat or drink it. It has to do with what is left over when you suck up it.
Specifically, does eating or drinking something leave behind an acid or alkaline "ash". For example, I don't know about you but I love seafood. Scallops are one of my favorites. However, when your body digests scallops, it leaves an extremely acid ash. In fact, scallops are one of the most acid foods you can eat.
Unfortunately, a lot of the things most citizen put in their mouths generate an acid ash. These consist of alcohol, coffee and a lot of flesh protein in your diet. Interestingly enough, stress also tends to generate an acid condition in the body.
Steps You Can Immediately Take To heighten Your Ph
Fortunately, it is pretty easy to immediately change your pH for the best and make it more alkaline. The first step is to understand which of the foods you are eating and the drinks you are drinking are acid and which are alkaline. Then it's simply a matter of eliminating some of the more acid foods you are eating and adding in more alkaline foods.
However, before you start, it's prominent to get a baseline of what the pH is in your body so that you can see how you are enhancing or if you need to continue to eliminate more acid foods and add in more alkaline ones.
You can do this by testing the pH of your saliva on a quarterly basis. This is in effect uncomplicated to do. More details on how to do this are provided on some web pages I have created for you to help you out. A link to these pages is provided below.
In increasing to decreasing the amount of acid foods you eat and increasing the amount of alkaline foods you eat, one of the best ways to immediately begin changing your pH is to drink "green drinks". You can make these by simply adding a powder that is made up of a whole host of vegetables that are extremely alkaline to a glass of water. information on recommend green drink powders to use is included on pages that I have a link to below.

My personal popular is Chlorella, which is the top natural source of chlorophyll which is a blood purifier. As well it contains critical amounts of Dna/Rna similar to the human strain, so it's a huge contributor to cell regeneration. looking and Feeling vigor
I all the time teach citizen to see and feel energy in my meditation classes for a couple of reasons. It's a lot of fun, and being able to see it and feel it makes it more real and easier for them to grasp.
Applying this to your martial arts convention (and then the rest of your life) can give you some enthralling abilities. When you can feel and see energy it makes it easier for you to be aware of the citizen around you. This increased awareness can help you sense when a co-worker may be over-stressed and more likely to engage in conflict. It allows you to apply some pity and understanding and thereby growth your own effectiveness by avoiding needless conflict and stress.
Energy
If you've been doing the exercises that I've described then by this point you've probably had some enthralling experiences with feeling your own internal energy and drawing energy into your body. Now we're going to work with feeling external energy. As you progress with this you'll not only be able to feel your own energy, but the energy of the citizen and things around you. Seeing and feeling energy can also be a lot of fun to experiment and play with. It's especially fun to get others involved.
The following exercises will help you feel your aura, the external energy field that surrounds everything. Everything on the planet is made up of various particles held together by energy, and you can feel and even manipulate that energy with practice.
Exercise 1 - construction an energy ball
Rub your hands together briskly as if trying to warm them on a cold day. Doing this increases the sensitivity of your hands.
Hold your hands in front of you about 6 inches apart. Now move them away from each other until they are about 8-12 inches apart, and then move them back to 2-3 inches apart, just like a fisherman describing the sizes of the fish he caught. As you continue doing this, can you feel a ball or energy construction up between your hands? It may feel like a thickness in the air between your hands, or a pressure between them. Play with this practice a bit. See how big you can make the energy ball. Is one hand more sensitive than the other? Can you turn your hands over and do it with the backs of your hands?
Exercise 2 - Waving the energy
Hold your left hand upright in front of you with your palm facing to the right. Wave your right fingertips gradually up and down in front of your left palm, but without touching it. Can you feel the petition of your right hand over the covering of your left palm? Switch hands and do it again. Does it feel separate with the other hand? Is one hand more sensitive than the other?
Exercise 3 - Feeling the aura
Hold your hands out in front of you at arms length, palms in. Now move your awareness down to your palms and gradually move your palms in toward your body. Remember the way it felt when you made the energy ball between your palms? Can you feel the same sort of thickness or pressure as your palms move in towards your body?
With a partner convention enthralling your hands gradually towards them. Can you feel their aura? Can your partner feel your hands as you move towards them?
Have your partner stand about 12-15 feet away. Now walk gradually towards them. Can you sense their aura as you walk up to them? Can they feel you? As you get deeper into this you'll be able to play with intention and emotions also, but for now just couple on feeling the aura.
Some games that you can play with this;
Have your partner stand a few feet away and think angry thoughts. Can you feel a contrast in their energy? How about when they think happy thoughts? Have them hide somewhere in the house and, without moving, see if you can sense where they are. Try this in various places around town as well.
Some citizen have no trouble at all with this while others aren't as empathic and take awhile to learn to feel it. As usual this is all about construction up your own personal catalog and studying how things feel.
Just as you can feel energy, a lot of citizen can also see it. Seeing the aura doesn't seem to be something that everybody can do and those who do seem to have wildly varying abilities. I've known healers who could look at you and say things like "Oh you're blocking some energy here" just because of what they see in your aura, while others can just barely see it.
Personally I'm more of an empath and while I can feel energy from over the room I don't see it that well. This is something that you can play with and if you can do it then it's just another cool tool in the toolbox.

Solar energy Advantages Disadvantages
Many of us know that solar energy is a good thing, but few surely understand why. Therefore, I compiled a full, list of solar energy advantages and disadvantages that will enable you to make an educated decision either on not Solar Power is right for You.
Solar Energy Advantages
Energy
1. Saves you money
- After the introductory investment has been recovered, the energy from the sun is roughly Free.
- The recovery/ payback period for this investment can be very short depending on how much electricity your household uses.
- Financial incentives are available form the government that will sacrifice your cost.
- If your theory yield more energy than you use, your utility company can buy it from you, construction up a reputation on your account! This is called net metering.
- It will save you money on your electricity bill if you have one at all.
- Solar energy does not wish any fuel.
- It's not affected by the supply and inquire of fuel and is therefore not subjected to the ever-increasing price of gasoline.
- The savings are immediate and for many years to come.
- The use of solar energy indirectly reduces condition costs.
2. Environmentally friendly
- Solar Energy is clean, renewable (unlike gas, oil and coal) and sustainable, helping to protect our environment.
- It does not pollute our air by releasing carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxide, sulphur dioxide or mercury into the atmosphere like many traditional forms of electrical generations does.
- Therefore Solar Energy does not contribute to global warming, acid rain or smog.
- It actively contributes to the decrease of harmful green house gas emissions.
- It's generated where it is needed.
- By not using any fuel, Solar Energy does not contribute to the cost and problems of the recovery and transportation of fuel or the storage of radioactive waste.
3. Independent/ semi-independent
- Solar Energy can be utilized to offset utility-supplied energy consumption. It does not only sacrifice your electricity bill, but will also continue to supply your home/ company with electricity in the event of a power outage.
- A Solar Energy theory can control entirely independent, not requiring a association to a power or gas grid at all. Systems can therefore be installed in remote locations (like holiday log cabins), production it more practical and cost-effective than the supply of utility electricity to a new site.
- The use of Solar Energy reduces our dependence on foreign and/or centralized sources of energy, influenced by natural disasters or international events and so contributes to a sustainable future.
- Solar Energy supports local job and wealth creation, fuelling local economies.
4. Low/ no maintenance
- Solar Energy systems are virtually maintenance free and will last for decades.
- Once installed, there are no recurring costs.
- They control silently, have no sharp parts, do not issue nasty smells and do not wish you to add any fuel.
- More solar panels can surely be added in the time to come when your family's needs grow.
Solar Energy Disadvantages
- The introductory cost is the main disadvantage of installing a solar energy system, largely because of the high cost of the semi-conducting materials used in construction one.
- The cost of solar energy is also high compared to non-renewable utility-supplied electricity. As energy shortages are becoming more common, solar energy is becoming more price-competitive.
- Solar panels wish quite a large area for facility to achieve a good level of efficiency.
- The efficiency of the theory also relies on the location of the sun, although this problem can be overcome with the facility of obvious components.
- The production of solar energy is influenced by the presence of clouds or pollution in the air.
- Similarly, no solar energy will be produced during nighttime although a battery backup theory and/or net metering will solve this problem. See http://www.dsireusa.org for details on how net metering allows you to save electricity and money.
- As far as solar powered cars go - their slower speed might not petition to everybody caught up in today's rat race.
